Do you support businesses outside Ventura County?
Yes. Most day-to-day support is remote, so location rarely matters. On-site visits are for Ventura County and the edge of Los Angeles County.
We already have an IT person. Can you work with them?
Often that’s the best arrangement. We take the projects, after-hours monitoring or the specialized pieces, and leave the rest with your team.
Where does our data go with the AI work?
Where you decide. Assistants can run entirely on a workstation in your office, in your own cloud account, or on a hosted model with a contract that forbids training on your data. The plan spells out which, and why.
What if we don’t use all our hours?
They roll forward. Blocks don’t expire unless the agreement says so, and you can see the balance in your portal any time.
How fast can we start?
Usually within a week of the first call. The assessment comes first so the plan is based on what’s actually there, not guesses.
